Senior Planning AnalystDescription -Job SummaryE2E Planning Analyst for Renew, EMEA Markets will be accountable for the E2E Planning process for Product refurbishment and lifecycle extension. S/he will control the parts planning process performed by HP partners, by ensuring the right planning inputs (Product BOMs, Product forecast, part usage rates) are utilized, accuracy of planning outputs are monitored and corrective actions are taken.ResponsibilitiesLeads a broad range of complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, sales and operations planning for HP Renew program.Independently executes complex demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.Works cross-functionally to prioritize backlog management.Partners with global business units and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.Leads cross-functional regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance the current business processes.Defines and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement actions to address.Manages priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.Communicates requirements and guidelines to the large global business unit planning teams.Key deliverables/accountabilities:Delivery of projects on time, on budget, meeting specific project objectives and deliverables.Working relationships:InternalProduct SCSSC Service & Sustainability teamPlanning teamsPLMRepair Operations teamsExternalRepair PartnersEducation (degree) and professional experience required:А Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, , or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.Experience in Demand / Supply Planning is an advantagePrevious experience in jobs with strong analytics bearing is an advantagePersonal skills and qualities:Analytical Skills: Ability to collect and analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and draw conclusions from it.Math Skills: Ability to understand critical planning algorithms and how different parameters impact the outcome.Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and then find solutions that work within the constraints of the situation.Critical thinking: Ability to analyze a situation and make a judgment based on facts and data.Communication: Ability to effectively coordinate with different internal teams and external vendors, as well as provide clear and accurate instructions, updates on situation or needs.Digital literacy: Strong MS Office knowledge and understanding of integrated software systemsTechnical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):MS OfficeReporting tool /Data managementIntegrated software systemsImpact & Scope• Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.Complexity• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
