Renew Onboarding and Operations ManagerDescription -What a Renew Onboarding and Operations Manager does in HP:Responsible for overseeing day to day operations performance in accordance with HP contractual requirements, managing monthly, quarterly and annual business performance reviews, conducting on-site process audits and driving continuous process improvements.Manages multiple refurbishments outsource partners, ensuring performance meets HP contractual expectations.Leads a broad range of complex reverse supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, and sales and operations planning (SOP).Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.Independently executes complex demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.Leads cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the current business processes.Defines and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement actions to address.Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.Mentors junior-level staff and establishes guidelines for the mentorship programs.Typically interacts with Sr. Management.Manages quantitative and qualitative business models and analyses to support proactive supply chain operation activities & priority projects.Education and Experience RequiredFirst level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.Typically 6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function.Experience in more than one supply chain function, including partner management.Knowledge and Skills RequiredExcellent understandings of post sales processes, returns and refurbishment.Identifies cutting edge analytical tools, models and methods for making key business decisionsExcellent communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language.Excellent internal and external relationship management skillsExtensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modelingVery Strong project management skills, with capability to manage cross functional teamsStrong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibilityVery strong understanding of HP's overall supply chain strategyExcellent understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), ATP and master schedulingStrong knowledge of SAPThorough knowledge of inventory modeling and analysisStrong leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and managementSustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
