Learn more http://www.hp.com/frWhat can we do together?The newly refreshed Customer Welcome Center (CWC) in Meudon, Paris is looking for an Apprentice with a Marketing background to join its staff. At the CWC, we strive to showcase the latest innovations and portfolio of HP in a unique and beautiful setting with a personalized customer experience for each of our visitors. This person would support the preparation, delivery and follow-up of these activities.Responsibilities: Manage center scheduling: assigning owners, booking resources, communicating with the requestors.Interface with local facilities and suppliers to ensure a seamless experience for visitors.Ensure a world class experience for visitors by (as appropriate) setting up rooms, creating welcome packs and supporting events.Manage day-to-day operations for customer logsitics.Welcome customers, partners and influencers to the centre on arrival, and ensure they are refreshed and comfortable prior to the briefing.Support Customer Experience Lead team with events as needed.Ability to deliver presentations and tours of the customer showcase.Ensure metrics and feedback is properly captured, processed and analyzed.Who you are?Master's degree student enrolled in a business school with a specialization in Marketing or in an Engineering school;Fluency in French and English is required for this role;Positive can-do attitude and customer centric approach;Strong communication skills;Agility and eagerness to learn and grow.Why joining HP France?At HP France, you will be immersed in an inspiring workplace where all our people love to be, collaborate well together and where they can learn, grow and develop professionally as well as personally.
