Customer Welcome Center Engagement LeadDescription -The Customer Experience Organization is the heart of HP's executive engagement strategy. Our team coordinates the network of Customer Welcome Centers (CWC) worldwide, hosting customers and partners eager to discover HP's portfolio of solutions. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven professional to join our international team. This role offers a unique opportunity for creative talent to have full exposure to exciting technologies and innovative businesses at HP Inc and provide exceptional experiences for HP's customers and partners.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plan to drive traffic to CWCs worldwide, attracting customers, partners and enhancing their experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of marketing initiatives and events.Be the focal point for event planner, create and drive a worldwide engagement practice for all CWCs including Customer / Partner Advisory board, Roadshows...Create and maintain the catalog of sales assets that support the CWCs' objectives and align with HP's brand guidelines and ensures a consistent look & feel across all CWCs.Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or event management.Innovative and creative mindset with a customer-centric approach to marketing and event execution.Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for building relationships.Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, including the ability to flex to changing needs, balance multiple projects, and work amongst stakeholders toward tight deadlines.Experience thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What we offer:Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world. Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
