Sales Compensation Engagement LeadDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for strategically optimizing complex operational processes to align with long-term organizational goals. The role oversees a portfolio of critical processes, utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to drive data-driven decision-making. The role develops risk management strategies, maintains high-quality standards, and addresses complex challenges while mentoring a team of professionals and staying updated on industry trends.Responsibilities• Leads the market engagement with L2 and L3s for Industrial and Large Format organizations, overseeing all activities E2E related to sales compensation• Acts as a project manager for complex medium to large projects related to plan design, bonuses, business reviews, for the designated coverage• Owns highly complex business sensitive deliverables (cost modelling); interprets complex analyses and reports (performance insights), making recommendations and/or decisions on moderately complex issues (Incentive Conditions reviews)• Provides expert direction and guidance to process improvements and establishment of policies to sales compensation operations team• Solves complex business issues and make appropriate recommendations by applying advanced subject matter expertise (internal processes and business reviews)• Provides leadership and training on specific processes to entry and intermediate level employees• Collaborates closely with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure processes support the overall business strategy and objectives.• Sets high standards for quality assurance by implementing robust quality control measures, and ensuring processes consistently meet or exceed performance standards.• Generates detailed reports and presents complex data to senior management and stakeholders, conveying actionable insights and recommendations effectively.• Addresses complex operational challenges and escalations promptly, leveraging extensive experience and expertise.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in sales, operations management, project management, process improvement, or a related field.Knowledge & Skills• Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation).
