We are committed to becoming an industry-leading, sustainable, and socially responsible service provider.Job Overview:As a Renew Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes to ensure that all Renew products meet established standards and customer expectations. You will develop, implement and monitor quality control procedures & KPIs and work closely with various departments to drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures specific to Renew products.Ensure that all Renew products comply with internal standards and external regulations.Monitor and analyze quality control procedures and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within HP and with our partners.Oversee the investigation and resolution of customer complaints related to quality.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and skills within the organization.Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Manufacturing Engineering, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of computer components and troubleshooting techniques.Proficiency in hardware and software diagnostics tools.Experience with operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Chrome.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, Lean).Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the thorough inspection and accurate refurbishment of computers.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
