Budget Analyst for Global Recruiting, Diversity, and Culture OrganizationDescription -The Global Recruiting, Diversity, and Culture (GRDC) Operations/Budget Analyst reports to the GRDC Operations Leader and provides standard to moderately complex operations support and financial support that is either transactional or analytical.If you are our Budget Analyst, you will have an opportunity to…Manage Global Recruiting, Diversity, and Culture budget and track/report on headcount data.Manage and track all spending, forecasting, adjustments, and documentation relating to the GRDC budget.Partner with Program Leads to confirm and forecast spending against budget.Reconcile GRDC expenses for monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year end.Support GRDC Ops Leader in partnering with Finance Lead to provide global monthly accruals, business-funded cross charges, external labor and travel reclass for GRDC.Manage and monitor expense tracking for GRDC organizationClose out GRDC budget for each Month End and Quarter EndPartner with Global Recruiting, Diversity, Culture leaders- facilitate headcount meetings with individual GRDC leaders to discuss team alignment and changesMonthly reporting to validate accuracy of GRDC headcountManage confidential headcount information related to GRDC organizationProvide ad hoc reports (requisition data, HR/headcount data, etc.), as requested by Operations LeaderOther responsibilitiesProvide support for GRDC and Executive Search, such as reviewing completed Statements of Work for accuracy, supporting PO Creation, and invoice research/liaison to search partners (e.g. payment status).Establishes and maintains relationships with GRDC leaders, People Org partners and leaders, and business leaders to actively ensure basic financial analysis needs are met.Establishes relationships with GRDC vendors and manages contracts, POs, and SOWs as well as invoicing and payment. Manages the relationships with some GRDC vendors.Provides analytic support for GRO initiatives, as requested, to support the global team and prioritiesWorks with businesses, functions, or geographies on focused initiatives.Education and Experience Required:Four-year or Graduate Degree with a focus in business finance or economics.Typically has 7-10 years of related experience as a budget/financial analyst.May have experience in more than one finance function.Knowledge and Skills Required:Advanced analytical skills and understanding of accounting processes and principles.Strong business application skills (Excel, PowerPoint) with the aptitude to extract information from the existing business systems. Focus on automation desired.Demonstrated communication skills – written, oral, facilitation, and presentation – where audience could be all global recruiters or executive leaders (delivery and content).Strong consultative and relationship skills.Demonstrated process development and prioritization skills.Handles complex business issues on a routine basis.
