Quality LeadDescription -Job SummaryThis role is responsible for designing and implementing quality performance indicators to support quality strategy and ensuring data integrity in reporting systems. The role collaborates with product development leaders to define and maintain quality procedures. The role involves collecting and charting data, conducting quality analyses, and implementing process improvements while establishing and updating quality assurance procedures.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the design and implementation of quality performance indicators, tools and data collection, analysis and reporting for quality management and continuous improvement of products or solutions.Drive QMS adherence through regular internal audits, understand Business reports, performs timely business and quality compliance communications and actions on any non-compliances.Communicates product and process issue analysis to stakeholders; implements specified changes to product or process to improve quality and minimize risk of failures.Drive effective Root cause analysis to recommend corrective and preventive actions.Manages and leads key initiatives, projects involving multiple functions and, program/Ops teams that lead to improvements in customer experience/Cost/EfficiencyPromote Quality Culture by sharing best practices for introducing, driving and sustaining Lean Six Sigma across Customer Care CentreEducation & Experience Recommended• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in quality management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.• Overall experience 7+ years with 1-3 years of relevant experience in quality management system• COPC certified / trained• Data and Statistical analysis and application of Lean Six Sigma methods/tenets to drive continuous improvement projects• Lean Six Sigma certifications – GB/BB preferred• Relevant experience in the segment (Print, PS, Escalations management)Preferred CertificationsLean Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt, ITILKnowledge & Skills• Using data collection and analysis tools and software packages to gather, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.• Ability to apply analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.•Understanding of industry and internal quality standards and methodologies.•Using empirical analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies to validate compliance with quality standards.•Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery of English and local language.• Ability to effectively communicate quality plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options.Cross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Drive and Ownership• Learning Agility• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts own work and acts as a team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts.Complexity• Learns to apply basic theories and concepts to work tasks.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
