Senior Finance Analyst – Greater China Market FinanceDescription -Responsibilities• Leads and advises on the most crucial GC finance initiatives, including M&A, RCRB project, business initiatives and other compliance project, representing GC market finance to join WW finance initiatives.• Supports Market finance lead and China controller on all critical project and issues.• Performs highly complex financial analysis for local legal profitability including variance analysis and forecast, utilizing a unique understanding to achieve legal profit target effectively.•Provide the strong support to all China legal entities’ Board of Directors, legal representatives on finance and compliance related matters• Works closely with WW CFR on corporate reporting, subsidy survey and other accounting compliance topic.• Collaborates with other functions leads to guide and influence for accounting and finance compliance. • Drives process improvements and policy development initiatives that impact GC overall compliance.• Drives the strong control on China subsidy and special funding planning, tracking and compliance.• Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex issue impacting the business and finance.• Acts as AFM champion for GC market finance, setting policy and direction.• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, big 4 accounting firm, internal audit, accounting, or a related fieldPreferred Certifications• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)Critical skills• Executive engagement with strong analytical, strategic view• Excellent slides and story telling• Excellent written and oral English• Independent influence and drive results.• Can work under pressure with WW leaders and Market business and Finance leaders for critical project and initiatives.Other knowledge & Skills• Accounting• Auditing• Automation• Corporate Finance• Data Analysis• Economics• Finance• Financial Analysis• Financial Modeling• Financial Planning• Financial Services• Financial Statements• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles• Internal Controls• Investments• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Process Improvement• Profit And Loss (P&L) Management• SAP Applications• Variance AnalysisCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts large functions and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects.Complexity• Provides highly innovative solutions to complex problems within established policy.
