Job Description Applies extensive knowledge the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways. Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions. Work is completed with minimal supervision. May determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Typically provides guidance to other non- exempt employees. Responsibilities Provide tooling technical leadership in MFO manufacturing line, developing process and tooling capability for better quality, throughput, and cycle time. Initiate and implement modification projects on equipment reliability. Ensure process and tooling uptime and availability meeting cost, quality, and schedule. Maintain product quality, tooling update and process yield. Response to prolong tooling issues (yield/quality) occurring in the production floor. Own curatorship for Maintenance documents. Education and Experience Required: Typically an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of experience. May include highly experienced individuals performing higher level or equivalent work who are non- degreed or degreed in an unrelated field. High level of flexibility Able to work in shift pattern depending on business needs. Knowledge and Skills: Working knowledge in the field of electromechanical technology and software. Effective leadership on planning, execution, and issue resolution. Independent and self-driven. Quick learner with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills. Possess strong teamwork and ability to collaborate at cross site/function team. Able to work well under stress and perform multitasking. Proactive, innovative, and self-motivating characters.
