Job specifics/responsibilities:Management of Continuous Service Improvement projects for better business outcomesProgram management for commercial deals enablement / implementation of DDO servicesPursuit / pre-sales support for solution design on new commercial opportunities, leveraging the Service Catalogue informationKey deliverables/accountabilities:Manage Continuous Improvement projects for better business outcomesManage service capabilities enablement to support relevant commercial opportunities.Manage strategic projects as identified in the POR of the DDO organization.Manage / implement customer Proofs-of-Concept for new service capabilitiesManage and contributes to projects for process enablement and optimizationEducation (degree) and professional experience required:Typically 5+ years of established and proven track record in Service Management and/or Business Planning functionsBachelor/Master educational degree in one of the following areas: business planning / management, operational managementOther requirements:Fluent EnglishOther foreign languages knowledge would be an asset.Personal skills and qualities:Very strong customer communication & influencing.Very strong organizational skillsAbility to introduce structure in complex environments.Positive can-do attitude, innovative thinkingCustomer centric approachReady to work in global environment.Key business & technical skills:Project/Program Management expertise & certifications (PMP/PgMP)Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong advantagePractical Service Delivery Management expertise, with focus on SSCCommercial PC business acumenFinancial management & modelling experienceAccount Transition Mgmt / DRA experience & knowledge.Service mgmt (ITIL) expertise and ITSM tools knowledge.We love our work environment and career growth journey.
