Americas Qualified Marketplaces Program & 3P DeveloperDescription -The Americas Qualified Marketplaces Program & 3P Developer is an individual contributor position within the Omni-Channel Americas Marketplaces Team, reporting directly to Manager team and covering HP (Personal Systems, Printing, Supplies), HyperX & Poly. In this position, the Americas Qualified Marketplaces Program & 3P Developer is part of a marketplace team, working with top marketplaces accounts and platforms in Americas delivering best-in-class customer experiences and driving 3P growth. The role requires to use internal and external agencies & tools to ensure that Qualified Marketplace Program components are in place and working properly. A strong background in eCommerce, sales management, business development, writing and business communication are all critical skills for success in this position.ResponsibilitiesSupport the overall Qualified Marketplace Program implementation for marketplaces in North America & Latam, working across all HP product groups and business teams.This job will require a candidate to successfully operate across countries, divisions, and business units to improve Qualified Marketplace Program results.Drive 3P growth through recruiting, monitoring, enforcing, and supporting HP’s 3P business.Establishes internal and external relationships and represents program with account teams / agencies.Works across countries using diverse reports to proactively identify and resolve issues across countries and marketplaces accounts. Works with HP's internal and outside brand protection teams - agencies to ensure the most effective and efficient system is in place and tailored to specific needs to detect and enforce against infringements.Work closely with accounts & sales teams to manage these issues consistent with overall business objectives for HP’s relationship with the marketplace and partners.Produce reporting, generate statistics, maintain records, and identify patterns to inform Qualified Marketplace Program strategy.Assist in developing additional strategies to improve customer experiences in marketplaces platforms.Responsible for attending and facilitating cross-functional meetings, governing the timing and action, identifying risks and delays, driving accountability, and monitoring key performance indicators.Empower decision making by delivering learning in simple, story like fashion.
