Junior Sales Business Development Manager (f/m/d)Description -For our motivated & experienced team, we are looking for a Junior Sales Business Development Manager (f/m/d) as soon as possible, who will be responsible for the generation, establishment and further development of commercial end customers in Germany in the End User Sales Personal Systems division.In the area of Personal Systems End User Sales, we are responsible for the sale of computer systems (notebooks, workstations, desktops, thin clients etc.) & associated accessories (commercial/office). An important strategic focus here is the addressing of workstation and retail industrial solutions products in the healthcare, manufacturing and media & entertainment sectors in close coordination with the account managers.Your responsibilities:Responsible for creating and driving sales pipeline for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customer and ISVs (Independent Software Vendor) partner.Developing lists of potential prospects, scheduling meetings and presentations with prospects. Prospecting and qualifying new sales leads.Maintain knowledge of competitors in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) market to strategically position HP's products and services better.Build relationship to key ISVs – software products that are designed to meet the specific needs of various market segments or industries.Use Market expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit.Provide support to account managers and provide input regarding business development and solution expertise.Development of quota objectives and future direction for defined product category.Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.May invest time working with and leveraging external partners to deliver sale.Focus on growing contractual renewals for mid-to-large accounts with more complexity, to higher- total contract-value renewals.Interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solutions development.Build sales readiness and reduce client learning curve through effective knowledge transfer in area of specialization.Education and Experience Required:University or Bachelor's degree preferred. Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customer and higher level customer interface.2-4 years of advanced sales experience, ideally in Healthcare, Automation, CAx environment/market.Knowledge and Skills:In depth knowledge about product, service, solution and differentiators between own offerings and what competitor's offerings.Applies specialized technical product/service/ solution knowledge in working with account teams to screen and prioritize multiple leads for feasibility.Use knowledge in specialty, and consultative selling skills, to proactively help customers with making IT business decisions.Assesses solution feasibility from a technical and business perspective to determine "qualify-in"/"qualify-out" statusSolid communication and presentation skills within IT at the manager level.Product demonstration, customer training, product installation skills. (for product specialty roles)Conceptualizes and articulates well-targeted solutions in area of specialty - product, service, solution -- from proposal to contract sign- off.Have enough knowledge about a product, service or solution to be able to qualify a deal.Maintain knowledge of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partner/ISV solutions.Regular use of CRM tools updating deal profile and forecasting accurately.Fluent in German and English.Flexibility to travel inside Germany.What do we have to offer?HP is a is a proven front-runner in personal systems and printing and we are ranked among the Top 50 of “best global brands”.
