Learn more http://www.hp.com/frWhat can we do together?The Global Tier 1 Contract/Deal Facilitator is a pivotal role within the sales function, focusing on the swift closure of deals through effective negotiation and collaboration. This role supports both the legal and pursuit teams, ensuring that contracts align with the strategic goals of the global Tier 1 organization. The role is not a legal role but a business support role reporting in a Sales Go-To-Market organization: Global Services and Solutions Global Tier1 team.The scope of the role is global and support the entire Global Tier 1 organization hence location of the candidate can be from any HP site.Your Responsibilities: Lead the negotiation of contract terms, conditions, modifications, with customers on a global scale, with a focus on closing deals promptly.Work closely with the sales and pursuit teams to understand customer requirements and tailor contracts accordingly.Support Customer success managers on existing contracts with change orders, amendments, and extensions.Collaborate with legal, finance, and business units to ensure contracts comply with international laws, corporate policies, and sales strategies.Analyze and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms and business deals.Develop and implement contract management tools and processes to monitor contract performance and compliance, supporting both legal and pursuit teams.Provide training and guidance to the organization on contract negotiation and management best practices, with a focus on sales effectiveness.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and changes in international contract law, with an emphasis on sales implications.Collaborate with Legal and the global practice lead on HP contractual business standards: Global statement of work development, change orders.Who you are?Master's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence;Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in deals negotiation, contracts management, or a related field;Proven experience in contract negotiation and management, with a strong background in sales or pre-sales;Understand international contract law, compliance, and interpret legal documents;Excellent verbal and written skills for clear and persuasive negotiations;Fluent in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.Working Conditions:This role is on a 80-20 Sales mix with a target based on signed TCV (Total contract value)This role may require travel to different company sites and vendor/customer locations globally.Flexibility to accommodate different time zones for negotiations and communications.Why joining HP France?At HP France, you will be immersed in an inspiring workplace where all our people love to be, collaborate well together and where they can learn, grow and develop professionally as well as personally.
