Executive Assistant, CSS Marketing - RemoteDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for providing tactical and strategic administrative support, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating travel plans and supporting with team meetings and training. This individual is pro-active, a planner, exceptional organizational skills, a strong relationship builder and a multi-tasking wiz. This role is a great opportunity for individuals interested in Marketing and keen to grow and develop at a large company.Responsibilities- Assists in scheduling appointments, meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing meeting materials and setting the team up for success- Helps coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.- Provides general administrative support as needed, including processing expenses- Assists in preparing presentations- Acts as a primary point of contact with other EA's and external stakeholders- Conducts basic research tasks, such as gathering information for reports or projects, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.- Drafts and formats routine documents, reports, and presentations, and proofreads and edits documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines and policies.- Open to hire Remote Teleworkers for this role.Education & Experience Recommended• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 2-4years experience, preferably in general administrative support, office services, or a related field.Preferred CertificationsNAKnowledge & Skills• Administrative Support• Calendar Management• Travel Arrangements• Expense Reports• Marketing• Microsoft SharePoint• Presentation Software• SAP ApplicationsCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityDisclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
