EETI Peripherals Trade Marketing LeadDescription -Job Summary:EETI Peripherals Trade Marketing Lead will manage the planning, organization and execution of Partner Trade Marketing activities for HP, HyperX and Poly Consumer Products in EETI to drive traffic & sales at our top tier etail & retail partners. This includes the following functions:Partner Marketing:Create and execute bespoke marketing plans and campaigns aiming to increase the visibility of our products (both online and in store) and ensure sell-out at our top tier etail & retail partners (your manager will assign an account list ) Monitor sell-out and work closely with the Sales team. Set up additional marketing for problem SKU’s where necessary and drive the sales targets of the account through marketing activities. Manage the RDF marketing budget for all top partners in your region.  Liaise with stakeholders where needed (e.g. internal teams such as, Digital Marketing, Social Media, PR, etc. as well as agencies and partners) to coordinate projects and effectively reach our gaming end users and consumers end users. Manage the asset distribution for regional product launches and assist our partners with their product set up.  Coordinate partner events either in conjunction with the Gaming Marketing Team or with local in-country Marketing Manager for product launches, in-store events, gaming tournaments, staff training sessions, Merchandising Ambassador days etc.  Lead on the Point of Sale (POS) requests for your region, working alongside the country Trade Marketing specialists. Understand the consumer and retail market,  trends over time and how to utilise this to drive conversions/volume on our products. Brand Visibility & Brand Ambassadors :Ensure we have the best possible visibility of our brands and products in stores, showrooms and partner websites including our brand store. Use interactivity to our advantage where possible. Work with partners to increase our product visibility through Product Listing Ads (PLA’s) and other Digital Marketing methods. Manage our portfolio of Merchandising agencies, being first point of contact.  Work with local Merchandising agencies to ensure store staff become HP ambassadors and that their knowledge is up to date. Manage partner staff training (whether it is via their training programme, online modules, via Merchandisers or at staff events).  Be responsible for any mass media advertising (e.g. Media Buy, print, radio, etc.) to drive awareness and traffic to our top partners.  Help set up added value promotions Liaise with stakeholders (partners, Sales Team, Category, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Gaming Marketing, etc.) to ensure special campaigns and promotions get maximum exposure. Scope new marketing opportunities and help develop our new peripheral product lines. Perform other work related duties as assigned.   Education /Qualifications: Degree level educated in a Marketing/Sales related subject.   Experience / Knowledge: Fluency in English (both verbal and written) and optional Russian. Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft platforms.Good understanding of peripheral products.Experience in managing budgets.Experience of working with, and communicating to both internal and external stakeholders within a large organisation. Experience of working in a multi-cultural, multi-national organisation. Experience with Etail, Retail and/or online marketing. Preferable channel marketing experience. Affinity or knowledge with the eSports / gaming world and community.  Personal Skills:Creative, enthusiastic and driven. Desire to develop new projects, ideas and programmes Team player that is able to credibly communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders using strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.   Organised with good planning skills (must be able to meet deadlines). Pro-active, responsive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership - combined with tact, diplomacy and cultural sensitivity.   Willingness to travel within allocated region  We’re looking for visionaries who are ready to make an impact on the way the world works.
