Sustainability & Compliance Audit Program ManagerDescription -Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Sustainability & Compliance Audit Program Manager to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Reuse/ Recycling assurance programs operation, processes, and practices.They will also recommend changes and enhancements to existing policies and standards to ensure they are current, adequate, functional, and utilized in accordance with standards established by HP and regulations.The Audit Program Manager will manage third party audit firm, reviewing their work and providing guidance.Maintain and operate the program within define budget allocation.They must be technically and proficient, with attention to details.Responsibilities: Develop and implement audit strategies and plans.Manage a third-party audit firm and provide guidance and support.Evaluate audit findings and recommend improvements to management.Ensure compliance with HP Reuse/ Recycling Standards and regulations.Prepare and present monthly/ quarterly reports to management.Prepare and Improve Program annual data collection and report.Independently develops solutions for a project, including managing complex issues, by applying in-depth and industry knowledge.Interprets data received from vendors and develops recommendations that optimize performance.Leads cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.Owns assurance program from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from program execution.Consults with Sustainability and Business leaders on a range of issues.Qualifications:First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.A degree in social responsibility, sustainability, or environmental science, environmental engineering, or natural resource management or several years of experience working in the social and environmental compliance industry.Typically, 6-10 years of experience in an audit, sustainability function.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and high-level modeling tools.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring.Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends.#Li-PostJob -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Thailand)Travel -Relocation -Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) - HP, Inc. provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and prospective employees, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, age, disability, or status as a protected veteran, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic predisposition or carrier status, uniformed service status, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable national, federal, state, and local law(s).Please be assured that you will not be subject to any adverse treatment if you choose to disclose the information requested.
