The person we are looking for will be responsible for enhancing the ability of channel partners to be successful with our HP Print contract product portfolio and printing solutions.Individuals in this role will act as a trusted advisor and champion to top channel partners for service and support related activities to support the growth of HP products/supplies and services and the success of partners in delivering world-class service to their customers. Individuals will integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for channel partners.This position will be located near Paris to support partners in the Northwest region of France. The selected person will work in close partnership with the Global Business Unit, Advanced Technical Support team, Customer Support teams, but also in strong partnership with the Sales team, mainly in coordination with the Partner Business Manager in charge of sales and business development.Main Responsibilities:Partner Facing: Business & TechnicalProvide a single point of contact at major partners deploying and supporting HP’s Channel Partner portfolio.Proactive Support and Reactive Support (Resolve technical and business incidents). Quickly solve technical issues or escalate to appropriate teams in Customer Support.Drive monthly/quarterly reviews with partners.Key business enabler by unlocking technical issues to get partner confidence in selling and supporting HP products and solutions.Partner Facing: Delivery Operations ManagementEnsure partner readiness and compliancy for Process & Systems training. Technical training delivery.Ensure communications to partners and proactively track Service Qualification readiness completion.Review partner delivery performance (Delivery KPIs) & drive corrective action plans.Monitor and keep under control the financial balance between Channel Partners and HP.Drive necessairy actions plans to get back to expected performance level if needed.Animate workshop during technical/sales event.Internal Is the HP Sales & category focal point for partner selection & on boarding, post sales issues.Perform Partner assessments & ensure partner compliance to HP Operational guide.Who you are?Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Over 5-10 years of support, engineering, and technical experience with office copiers and office printing solutions.
