The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex multi-dimensional projects with international scope. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, and meticulous execution to drive the successful change of the HP leasing operating model, across multiple regions.In summary, the Program Manager for our Leasing Transformation activity with a Global scope, plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, leading and developing a high-performing team, and driving financial growth and innovation in the organization. This role significantly contributes to the organization’s overall success and sustainabilityKey Responsibilities:Programme Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy for the global leasing programme.Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of programme objectives.Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to budget constraints.Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align on programme goals and objectives.Communicate progress, challenges, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and fostering collaboration. Be the internal lead supporting and acting as a conduit between HP teams and our external Leasing & Financing consultants.Change Management:Work with Leasing Transformation MOC lead to develop and implement change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions. Work with MOC Lead to ensure provision of training and support to teams impacted by the transformation. Monitor and address resistance to change, promoting a positive adoption of new processes & capabilities.Process Improvement:Support Leasing Transformation E2E Global Process Owner to implement future state process to streamline operations, improve compliance and enhance performance.Technology Integration:Work with the dedicated Project Lead (TBH) to implement our Lease Management System technology and systems to support leasing transformation. Key aim: Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and processes.Performance Measurement:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the transformation programme.Regularly review and report on performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to adjust strategies as needed. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact and sustainability of changes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Extensive experience in leasing, real estate, or a related industry.Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programmes.Strong project management skills with certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple competing priorities.Proficiency in relevant technologies and software applications.This role is pivotal in transforming the global leasing function, ensuring it aligns with the organization's strategic goals and delivers enhanced value to stakeholders.Outcomes/Value delivered by this Team for HP:Enhanced Operational Efficiency: By streamlining leasing processes and implementing a fit for purpose Lease Management platform to support the right business processes, the Lease Operations Team ensures operations are smooth, cost-effective, and timely.
