People Insights BI DeveloperDescription -The People Insights team at HP is looking for an experienced BI Developer to support the build, design, and development of analytics products and solutions. Specifically, this role will focus on BI development within an analytics product through visualization placement, building measures & calculations, visualization configuration, data deployment, data diagnostics, and BI performance measurement. This role will also be required to develop solutions that integrate Microsoft Power Platform & Microsoft Fabric to enable functionality such as alerting/notifications and data orchestration.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders/product manager to define product requirements for back-end infrastructure and front-end experienceOngoing monitoring of existing reports and solutions for data quality and performanceResponsible for ongoing data, feature, security testing and developmentResponsible for establishing connectivity and enablement between back-end databases and front- end solutions for example ODBC, WebConnector (RaaS), or API developmentPerform regular and ongoing product and gateway QC testing throughout the development cycleConvert technical requirements to product outputs, features, and experience.
