Test Program ManagerDescription -Job SummaryThis role is responsible for test program management of consumer notebook to drive successful production process.Oversee all areas of hardware and software testing issues in production phase.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of assigned test projects including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk to ensure successful delivery based on established engineering principles and in accordance with provided specifications and requirements.Coordinate and implement test plans, schedules, and requirements for all portions of new and existing designs; provide leadership and troubleshooting for ODM testing resources building and operating test tooling, fixtures, scripts, automation, and apparatuses.Collaborate and communicate with management, internal, and outsourced testing and development partners regarding testing status, test results, and potential process improvement.Lead a project team of other test engineers and internal and outsourced testing partners to develop and execute reliable, cost effective and high quality test solutions for moderately-complex products.Represent the test engineering team for all phases of larger and more- complex development projects.Education and Experience Required:5+ years experience in PC/NB test program management, especially the mass production phase.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.Knowledge and Skills:Python knowledge.Experience in leading test projects during production process.Experience in collaborating with engineering function teams and ODM.Understanding of material properties and hardware and electrical component design.Using empirical analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and Mandarin.
