Process and Capabilities AnalystDescription -Product Owner End User - Sales BMSWho we need:We are currently looking for talented Product Owner for End User Sales BMS reporting.  The ideal candidate will ambition and/or demonstrated skills to establish advanced subject matter expertise of HPs key systems, processes and data allowing to connect business into data and reporting. You are building the bridge between:Our Sales stakeholders and their information need & requirements and priorities,our business partners across multiple functional organizations to better understand the detailed tools, processes, and data flows,new enhancements and developments ensuring adoption and business understanding.End User is entering a new scope of engagement with the recent moves to create an CoE function. You will be part of a team that drives this new engagement and ensures that a comprehensive portfolio is being deployed, and you will become a trusted advisor of the Sales community on data subjects.Responsibilities:Act as product owner for our End User Sales reporting,has regular connects with both CoE stakeholders on their needs driving new requirements and enhancements requests,plans and keeps control over key implementations, metrics, and success factors,is part of Agile project deliveries and may drives implementations,focal point and trusted BI & Reporting advisor for assigned stakeholder group in specific subject area(s); first escalation point for stakeholder teams,collaborate in stakeholder engagement across regional and functional teams to facilitate prioritization and (metric) definition discussions,coordinates and participates in solution testing to guarantee high quality of BI solutions.is being part of the End User reporting roadmap, project status and issues and proposes / presents resolution and workaround options to markets and potentially senior management,ensures appropriate training of users at the end of each project / release,runs project postmortem analysis to capture improvement ideas for future projects,participates in organization-wide BI process improvement initiatives to fine tune our BI delivery approach and best practices,supports regular and ad hoc analytical needs for our business stakeholders (ie. data mining, data analytics, etc.),applies advanced project management and quality / process improvement methodologies to assure uniformity, standardization, and repeatability of BI solutions,drive process consistency and efficiency, along with the different teams, to assure uniformity, standardization, and repeatability of reports in a turnkey manner.Ideal Experience & Competencies:3+ Years of experience in either/or Business Analytics, Business Operations, Business Intelligencefirst-level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree (computer science, economics or business engineering / technical experience or equivalent),demonstrated understanding of Analytics and/or Business Intelligence,demonstrated business acumen, ideally with both Channel and End User,ideally familiar with JIRA, Agile and SCRUM project management,creativity in problem solving and working with large volumes of data,conceptual data modeling and database design understanding,experience with BI visualization tools (Power BI, ThoughtSpot, etc.) and their implementation,understanding of basic design principles and aesthetics of business dashboards, reports & analysis (ie. look and feel),knowledge in Data Mining and Analysis of Data / interpretation Results,strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with and with remote teams with minimal daily supervision,excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work ethic and the ability to work well individually as well as leading multiple global virtual project teams,customer centric thinking and ability to handle difficult stakeholder and project conversations; interact with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines,mastery in English (written, verbal, presentation) is a must, good presentation skills.Job -Sales OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (India)Travel -Relocation -Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) - HP, Inc. provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and prospective employees, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, age, disability, or status as a protected veteran, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic predisposition or carrier status, uniformed service status, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable national, federal, state, and local law(s).Please be assured that you will not be subject to any adverse treatment if you choose to disclose the information requested.
