This role is responsible for enabling and supporting product-oriented delivery teams and is crucial to the success of the organization and has a direct impact on our ability to drive the business forward. These teams create data products and consumption capabilities that meet the needs of our enterprise, analyst communities, and downstream systems that utilize data to drive the business. This role reports to the Director, Data Engineering at Data and Analytics organization at Genesys.Responsibilities:In this role, you will have extensive experience of leading and driving high performance engineering teams that work on Cloud and Data technologies. This requires both technical delivery experience and the ability to influence others outside of your team. Requirements:• 3+ years of experience as senior technology-based data delivery, architecture, or similar leadership roles with an overall about 12+ Years of experience in data and associated functions.• Master expertise in Data engineering, APIs, Database systems, public cloud technologies and patterns with experience working on AWS technologies for storage, compute, orchestration and more, Snowflake, Fivetran, Spark , Messaging frameworks , Data Streaming and open source technologies. Exposure to Salesforce, Workday is a plus.
