Workiva's Product Marketing team is looking for a product marketing professional to play a pivotal role in launching new platform innovations to market. This role will involve overseeing product lifecycle management, from development to launch and from launch to maturity with a heavy emphasis on go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution. If you have experience successfully launching new business-to-business (B2B) products and features at scale in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, this role may pique your interest.As a Senior Product Marketing Manager – Platform, you will work closely with marketing leaders, product leaders, product managers, and key stakeholders across the entire enterprise to successfully support the launch and maturity of key platform innovations and products. What You’ll DoGo-to-Market Readiness: Take B2B products to market in the SaaS industryImplement product-led GTM strategies, approaches, and tactics including positioning, messaging, use case creation, pricing and packaging, data analysis, buyer personas, and moreCommunicate and coordinate the execution of GTM strategy deliverables cross-functionally to ensure company alignment with plan targets and expectationsDefine GTM key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets to achieve revenue goals and support increased solution density and product adoptionBuild marketing and sales programs for ongoing revenue streams.Lead the coordination and creation of integrated marketing plans to support successful product launches and adoptionCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Research and Development, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Program Management, and Customer Success, to ensure successful product launchesWork upstream with Product Management to influence the product roadmap and explore new opportunities to drive revenue and platform adoptionPartner with Program Management and Launch Management teams to identify best practices and processes to aid in the development-to-launch (D2L) process and product lifecycle frameworks (PLC)Performance Measurement: Regularly analyze, monitor, and communicate business performance metrics and insights to key stakeholders including adoption metrics and ongoing progress toward development-to-launch (D2L) goalsAnalyze and communicate market and competitive landscape, buyer insights, willingness to pay, win/loss analysis, segmentation, ICP, TAM/SAM, and pricing and packagingWhat You’ll NeedMinimum qualificationsEducation:Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related fieldExperience:6+ years of experience in roles that relate to product marketing, including product management, marketing, and/or salesExperience successfully leading and launching new products in marketing in highly collaborative work environmentsExperience in the B2B SaaS industry Preferred qualifications:Ability to implement at a strategic level and roll up the sleeves and do the work; ability and flexibility to shift from one context to the nextStrong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional launch management skillsAbility to influence key stakeholders, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate across multiple disciplinesDemonstrated communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to executives, management, and teams in both one-on-one and group settingsProven ability to leverage business analytics and data analysis to gain insights and make informed decisionsTravel Requirements & Working Conditions:Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interestsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangementsHow You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $101,000.00 - $172,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
