Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent.We are looking for a Central Eastern European New Business Lead, who is passionate about defining the growth opportunities, crafting customer value and implementing partnership strategies with an objective to build new markets, develop NVIDIA technology solution offerings and achieve market leadership.What you will be doing:Develop and grow named and focus accounts across industry verticals in Central Eastern Europe.Expand the NVIDIA’s business and recognizability in the region.Lead a sophisticated sales process from initial conversation through closure, involving vital internal resources as critical, and continue ongoing consulting for future upsell opportunities.Understand each target customers business model, map their organization and identify how their outstanding business and/or technology needs can benefit from NVIDIA’s products and services.Become a trusted advisor to stakeholders within named and focused accounts.Effectively handle business as it relates to ongoing sales activity including pipeline forecasting, interpersonal mapping, contracts, proposals, legal.What we need to see:Ten years of sales leadership experience within a multinational company.Bachelors Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.Background building deep relationships within enterprise organizations in a consultative sales role.Experience building and executing a sophisticated sales strategy across multiple organizationsDemonstrated ability to work cross-organizationally, aligning multiple stakeholders and internal teamsExperience negotiating complex deals driving maximum value for our Customers and NVIDIA.Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication and presentation skillsFamiliarity with NVIDIA technology or similarProven track record to be self-directed and work with minimal directionWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience of working with senior managementExperience of multi-country activity and responsibilityDrive, Passion, CuriosityTeam mentalityGrowth mindset and leadershipNVIDIA is committed to encouraging a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
