Director, Corporate Finance

We are looking to hire a Director to lead all consolidated financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for NVIDIA’s Corporate Finance team.The Director will report to the Head of Corporate Finance and lead a high visibility team responsible for managing NVIDIA's P&L forecasting and reporting processes and providing insightful financial analysis to help drive informed decision making throughout the company. The position sits at the corporate level and will work closely with key counterparts within Finance, including our Business Unit Finance, Investments, and Cost Accounting teams. The ideal candidate will have detailed experience with FP&A systems and be able to clearly communicate complex financial matters to NVIDIA executives.What you’ll be doing:Lead consolidation of company GAAP and Non-GAAP P&LsPartner with Corporate FP&A Systems and Business Unit finance teams to maintain and validate data in our forecasting and reporting systemsOversee all gross margin and product cost forecasts for NVIDIA in collaboration with the cost accounting and operations teamsBuild and enhance financial models using standard processes while driving continuous improvement in related consolidation processes, automation, and controlsBecome a subject matter expert on NVIDIA finance systems, processes, and planning toolsPresent key findings and insights on all consolidated financial manners to senior executivesSupport all other Corporate Finance activities, including quarter-end financial close, M&A transactions, and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for finance projects and initiativesWhat we would like to see:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or other quantitative fields (or equivalent experience); Master's degree or experience in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred15+ overall years of Corporate Finance or FP&A experience at a global technology company5+ years of experience managing a teamExpert analytical and financial modeling skillsDetail oriented with the highest regard for accuracy and completenessStrong presentation and writing skills to clearly communicate messages that link business issues, financial results, and strategy at the executive levelExperience with SAP/BPCPassion for technology and capability to quickly become an authority in complex subject mattersNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
