NVIDIA is seeking a high-energy Sales Enablement Manager with an exceptional record enabling Visualization, Compute, Data Science, & Analytics business solutions with Dell Technologies. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will lead the effort to establish and achieve revenue targets, opportunity pipelines, enabling OEM sales channels and developing customer solutions and messaging. We believe that this position is essential to our enterprise business organization that will deliver on NVIDIA’s projected growth opportunity.What you’ll be doing:You’ll be at the helm of driving revenue through various strategies, including demand creation, co-selling, and forecasting. You'll also play a key role in influencing sales management and empowering the sales team through targeted training and education. Your efforts will be critical in crafting the sales direction and achieving the company's revenue objectives.Generate and implement the North America revenue growth strategies for Professional Visualization, Data Science and Video Analytics with the Dell Sales and marketing for enterprise business that consists of Workstation, Deep Learning/Machine Learning and Analytics.Set and run joint sales plays in collaboration with Dell, NVIDIA sales organizations and Industry Business Development (IBD) teams to achieve/exceed goals.Build effective relationships with Dell sales and vertical sales for making revenue, opportunity management, promotions, building sales strategies and actions and training.Implement a strong methodology to forecast revenue, develop sales programs that drive pipeline, and close large enterprise sales opportunities.Team up with sales overlay teams to build out sales motions and identify Light House accounts.Influence the Dell Technologies Sales with our value proposition of our products, platforms, and resources to grow our GPU accelerated eco-system.Planning, resourcing, and delivering training and seminars to educate, motivate, and align field sellers.Coordinate alignment between NVIDIA & Dell Team global account managers and synchronize NA sales strategies.What we need to see:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.5+ year experience in sales or business development with phenomenal track record of driving business.Your excellent communication and presentation skills enables you as a self-starter, working with minimal direction.Proven record of exceeding revenue targets with technology providers and sales channel partners.Adept at Dell Technology sales enablement internally and with partners.A history of implementing successful long-term relationship with customers, especially executives.Ways to stand out from the crowd:MBA a plus.You are process oriented, with a high capability for logical and critical thinking.We highly value specialty skills in Professional Visualization, Artificial intelligence, Deep learning, Machine Learning, Video Analytics.Dell Technologies Workstation and Server product sales experienceSuccessful business and Eco-System development experiences with your initiatives.Are you ready to take the next step in your technology career?
