Professional Services Operations Analyst, North America

We want you to be reliable, detailed, friendly, and eager to learn and develop!This position is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company and a growing team and become a key to the company's success!What you’ll be doing:Responsibilities include involvement in creating Scope of Work documents with our end-customers and partners, negotiating them, and processing them in the company's systems. Additionally, assisting with the Professional Services Team's Information Systems, from defining new workflows to practically operating them. This role requires using Nvidia operational systems for information searches and updates. Support of local and global deployment teams and 3rd party contractors will be expected in an efficient and out-of-the-box solution provisioning.What we need to see:A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.Experience in drafting, negotiating, and processing Agreements and SoW Documents.Ability to drive process improvement initiatives across the Operations organization. We expect you to bring new and creative ways to improve the overall efficiency and speed at which Services are delivered.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrates integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.Has outstanding social skills and attention to detail.4+ years proven experience in operations-oriented organizations or active involvement in operations activities.Strong analytical skills that allow for creative methods to achieve results and solve problemsQuick learner and highly adaptable to changesMS Office, Primarily sophisticated Excel and Outlook experienceWays to stand out from the crowd:Proficiency in SalesForce.com and other operational information systemsImmediate availability (up to 3 weeks)The base salary range is 116,000 USD - 184,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
