Responsibilities Act as the voice of the customer to deliver a satisfying user experience.Work with the members of the product team, field teams, and engineering teams to discover and decompose complex customer needs into smaller, solvable problems.Lead new capability development through the entire lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, and iteration. Define, test, and validate innovative solutions in R&D phases through user testing.Build strong partnerships with engineering, support, and field teams and maintain business alignment through the development and delivery lifecycle. Drive enablement activities to train sales, field, support teams, and partners on new value innovation. Collaborate with product marketing to build press releases and promotional materials for new value. Driving a solution set across multiple scrum teams, coordinating effectively for business outcomes. Skills and KnowledgeHighly influential communication skills (verbal and written)Strong product sense Self-motivation to be proactive with a sense of urgencyAbility to fail fast and adapt quickly to the desired business outcomes Good understanding of Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Value Stream Management frameworks Knowledge of cloud services, big data, automation, and analytics technologies A high-level understanding of software architecture and design patternsAbility to develop wireframes and concept storyboards to test ideas with users Group facilitation skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to exercise tact and good interpersonal skillsQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree required; major in business, engineering, or computer science preferred. Advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in building and managing B2B software products. Minimum 5 years of experience as a product manager or product owner for B2B software products.
