As the Senior Program Manager, Benefits you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing benefit programs and initiatives aligned with our organizational objectives. You will work independently, yet collaboratively, to develop operational strategies and procedures to build a strong benefit operations framework. Your project management skills will be essential in leading diverse benefit projects that can span multiple countries with cross functional stakeholders. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, program management, project management or related field. It would be great if you also have . . . - Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex problems and make strategic recommendations. - Skilled self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. - Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. What Will You Be Doing in This Role? - Contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of benefit programs, systems, and strategies. - Design standardized benefit operations processes and oversee deployment to stakeholders. - Lead and manage benefits projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and in-country benefit analysts to develop project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation. - Analyse and evaluate program risks, producing reports for managers and stakeholders. - Lead a team of 2-3 benefit analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
