Overview: We're looking for a dynamic and outcome-oriented Product Operations Manager to join our team and focus on healthcare real-world data. You must possess a strong background in overseeing product operations activities, extensive knowledge of US RWD, relevant life sciences / pharma use cases, and client relationship management. You should also excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the development and deployment of real-world data solutions for our healthcare industry clients. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, healthcare management, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 7 years using project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 3-5 years experience in Real World Data, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry with a client management background, with the ability to build trusted relationships, understand client needs, and articulate value propositions effectively. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile product development environmentsWhat will you be doing in this role? Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify new business prospects, support proposal development, and coordinate and oversee RFI/RFP responses and pre-contracting interactions. Collaborate with the commercial team and clients to efficiently gather and document requirements, demonstrating our understanding of their use cases. Integrate offerings to address their needs and elucidate technical processes and workflows to instill confidence in prospective clients. Serve as the point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives related to real-world data analytics and work closely with the RWD Operations team. Responsible for keeping a log of inbound inquiries from internal and client teams, overseeing project timelines, managing tasks, and providing communication support for many of the inquiries. Develop and maintain documentation, including a library of FAQs, best practice documentation, and standard client sharable responses. Lead Agile and Scrum meetings in the orchestrating collaboration between business and technical teams within a globally dispersed workforce. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, data engineering, and analytics, to align and manage the RWD Ops roadmap, backlog grooming, and JIRA sprint planning.
