Project Coordinator (US Shift)

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Translation team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to work on IP translations and learn about the growing IP business. The team consists of 6 people and is reporting to the Translation Team Lead. We have a great skill set in the translation and IP business and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in translation, linguistics and/or project management.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsEnglish language C1 levelBachelor's degree in Linguistics/Organizational sciences/ Social Sciences/ Data administration or equivalent working experienceIt would be great if you also had . . .Working experience in project managementAnother language apart from EnglishExperience with business communicationExperience with adapting and acting independently.What will you be doing in this role?Coordinate the translation projects from start to finishCommunicate with clients on a dailyCommunicate with a network of vendors and freelancers on a dailyMaster the use of different translation software’s we useCommunicate effectively with your team and other teams to ensure the best possible client serviceAbout the TeamThe current team has 6 members in Belgrade and 5 members in India. It is a fairly young team at Clarivate, we are only 3 years old. IP Translations is a growing market worldwide and our daily work reflects this.
