You would drive sales activity for the Dissertation Archiving and Access (DAAP) content service available to colleges and universities, providing subject-matter expertise. Certifications pertinent to the sales profession. What will you be doing in this role?...Serve as the subject matter expert on the DAAP content service, articulating the value proposition. Focus on new business, uncovering opportunities, creating target lists, prospects, and participating in territory planning while engaging members of the sales organization (Account Manager and others) as appropriate. Qualify top opportunities based upon key initiatives and the roadmap from other team members. Leverage unique relationships with influencers and decision makers to support lead generation and sales activity. Lead DAAP forecasting. Closely coordinates weekly forecast activity with input from Senior Director and other team members. Coordinate with Account Manager and considers account history, existing relationships, and other factors. Typically takes the lead in scheduling meetings with key decision makers and influencers in library. Lead DAAP service demonstrations and pre-sales technical consulting. Engage with team with proposal development Maintain pricing ownership with direction from Senior Director and pricing team. Enter leads and new activity into SalesForce.com for specialty products. Provide leads for other ProQuest / Dissertation products and services to other team members About the Team You’ll be reporting to the Senior Director – Partnerships of the Dissertations business. We are a team of 7 colleagues based in Europe and the USA. We are part of the Information Solutions within ProQuest, a part of Clarivate. We work with with library customers to ensure that our solutions meet customers research and dissemination needs related to master's theses and PhD dissertations.
