Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :-Assist Head of Finance in continuous process improvement initiative encompass area such as internal control and improvement of efficiency for existing process/workflows in AP & AR-To monitor & measurable improvements team member update changes on channel recon, refund flow SOP time to time-Support daily finance operation process, escalate issues and liaise with bank / partners to ensure all transactions are in accordance to the operation procedures.-To assist and monitor achoc case / incidents case accordingly Involve in month end closing channel reconciliation collection updates -To liase with other's team member on new channel(business expansion, foreign entity, foreign channel) new project recon flow, refund flow, report etc -To supervisor and review team member performance -Collaborate and work closely with various departments, able to discuss, review, articulate and recommend suggestions/ideas that contributes towards greater success of the company and financial plans.-Liaise with auditors, tax agents, custom, regulatory authorities, and other parties to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.-Able to handle a fast-paced environment and tight datelines.Pre-Requisites :Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least four (3) years of experience in similar function or finance operation in high performance teamPossess strong analytical skills, meticulous and good time management with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Able to work under pressure and can identify and prioritize critical tasksStrong interpersonal and communication skills as well as proficient in office suite (i.e. spreadsheet and work processing etc.).Proficient in Microsoft Office Products is a must (Excel, PowerPoint)Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.Able to think and work systematically to identify and recommend process changes to improve work effectiveness and efficiencies, and controls.Ability to work with tight timeframes, assist in direct, supervise and coach subordinates, multi-task, manage resource usage efficiently and priorities task for timely completionAre you game?
