You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing campaigns and contribute useful marketing insights for better data-driven decision-making.Assist in managing, monitoring, and analyzing digital marketing campaign data, ecommerce data, trends, and key performance indicators to support data-driven decisions and identify which segments and creatives perform best for optimizing future marketing strategies.Assist creating audience segments on GA4 and Tealium by defining criteria based on user behavior and demographics to improve personalized marketing efforts and enhance targeted campaign strategies.Apply SQL expertise to integrate internal data with digital marketing metrics, identifying user purchase behavior trends and generating actionable insights for more effective and creative targeting strategies.Assist the internal team in streamlining data and digital marketing processes, including naming conventions, targeting strategies, A/B test case studies, maintaining campaign hygiene, and documenting best practices for improved future operations.Assist in future exciting digital marketing projects aimed at maximizing ROAS while accurately reporting conversion attribution and assistance using first-party data through internal capabilities.Learning ObjectivesMaster data-driven decision making by analyzing digital marketing and ecommerce data to identify high-performing segments and optimize strategies.Gain proficiency in audience segmentation, SQL data integration, project management, and using reporting tools for personalized and effective marketing campaigns.Develop practical skills in performance marketing, DTC strategies, and efficient digital marketing processes, including A/B testing and campaign documentationPre-Requisites :Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.A strong interest in data analytics, ecommerce, and digital marketing.Experience in using SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.Basic knowledge of Python is advantageous.Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, DataStudio) and BI visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months for optimal learning exposureAre you game?
