Creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to foster positive relationships will be essential in driving our PR initiatives forward.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on official social media accounts (esp Weibo and WeChat).Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (including text, images, and videos) for our social media accounts(esp Weibo and WeChat).Monitor and respond to user comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to inform future strategies.Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices, especially on Weibo and WeChat.Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure brand consistency and efficient communication.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in social media operations, specifically with Weibo and WeChat.Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Extensive knowledge of external peripherals used in gaming, including keyboards, mice, headsets, and other gaming accessories.Serve as a subject matter expert on eSports, providing insights and recommendations for integrating eSports content into Social media initiatives. Research and identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations within the eSports community to drive engagement on social platform.
