Your domain expertise in this space is key as you work with teams at Workday to build an outstanding experience for Workmates.About the RoleWorking closely with our Architects and Engineers, you will craft solutions that meet the needs of our customers while maintaining the integrity of our products. As solutions are launched, you will be the champion for adoption and provide analytics to measure satisfaction and use.You will also play an integral role in leading intake and projects for the team. As new opportunities and initiatives are identified, you will be pivotal in linking together the various elements of the work to be accomplished and ensuring that the benefits are realized.The portfolio of applications supported by the Collaboration team includes Google, Microsoft, Slack, and other best in class collaboration tools.ResponsibilitiesWork with our business partners to understand their needs and desired outcomes for collaboration technologies.Develop a pipeline of features and stories that deliver against the collaboration strategy and roadmap.Lead and orchestrate multi-functional projects across diverse teams, encompassing scope definition, schedule coordination, and proactive management of issues and risks, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Host meetings and collaborate successfully with various internal and external teams to establish alignment on goals, timelines, and key initiatives. Acquire customer approval through effective communication and engagement strategies.Demonstrate proficiency in delivering presentations to senior-level executivesDevelop and run comprehensive Collaborative Product Road Maps to ensure the strategic alignment of product development activities.Build visually appealing and informative presentations in Google Slides to convey updates, research findings, recommendations, performance metrics and feature demonstrations. Collaborate with the Change Enablement team to develop a comprehensive strategy for deployment and communications to end users. This strategy should include the creation of knowledge base articles, Slack postings, and newsletters.Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of system changes to ensure L1 and L3 operation teams are equipped with adequate documentation pertaining to new initiatives or any updates made to the system that would impact their processes. Partner with Security and Privacy teams to ensure that our services have the required review and approval.Work with vendors to raise issues, track actions, perform license true-ups, and supervise analytics.Build and maintain documentation, e.g. process flow diagrams, wireframes, etc. that reflects current state and future opportunities.Remain current on industry trends and vendor roadmaps and use that information to influence the future of our services.Ability to shift priorities for operational related activities. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
