Our partnership allows us to align and influence the core value proposition for Workday while directly supporting our workmates.About the RoleAs the Agile Project manager/Scrum master, you will be working with WoW Finance product owners and alongside the Wow Tech team to deliver FINS products across multiple verticals through the application of standard methodology Agile principles. You will guide the Scrum teams efficiently through the delivery cycle and introduce improvement strategies to optimize where required. The successful candidate will be encouraged to lead multiple priorities, be passionate about building trusted FINS products and insight to enable decision making at scale.About YouAbout YouKey Duties: * Coordinate with various product owners and GTM organizations to deliver products using Agile/Scrum practices* Assess the Agile maturity of the scrum teams and mentor the team through delivery metrics* Fostering a collaborative and safe environment where problems can be raised, with an emphasis in problem solving and systemic improvement* Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within teamSupport engineering leads with respect to product backlog refinement and maintenance* SME for agile methodologies and best practices* Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, sprint design and retro meetings* Remove impediments that hinder sprint/project progress* Manage Jira boards* Create KPIs, progress reports, burndown charts and dashboards to monitor progress and share with team and leadership* Mentoring and motivating teams on process* Coaching the team in self organization and cross functionality* Managing timelinesBasic Qualifications: * 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or technical project management* 4+ years of experience working with (Workday or other) Financials products, Cloud environments* 4+ years of experience managing Business KPIs, Metric definitions, and updating metadataOther Qualifications:* Experience working with agile dashboards to track metrics* Success track record in championing agile practice through coaching and mentoring* First level Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM I)* Prior experience working with distributed teams in different time zones* Experience with Atlassian products and handling product backlogsWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
