This pivotal role involves leading all aspects of the design, implementation, and optimization of our operations which includes monitoring, support, quality assurance and change control with the overall mission of ensuring seamless integration, quality, and accessibility across the organization, production support, platform health, environment and release management functions.Develop and implement Quality Assurance roadmap in alignment with cross functional team engagement and delivery planUnderstand the business requirements and create test strategy and process documentsEffectively coordinate with the development and UAT team to complete testing cycles and facilitate stakeholder sign offsConduct defect triage calls to discuss the defect and track it to closure.Establish and enforce data quality standards, procedures, and guidelines across all processes and systems.Establish testing metrics to track testing progress and communicating testing status to ProgramContinuously enhance QA methodologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize efficiency and accuracy.Own and manage delivery of all testing efforts and ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables.Establish standard methodologies for Test Strategy, Test Plan and Defect Management, and AutomationCollaborate with counterparts/stakeholders on testing priorities on an ongoing basis and enable critical pivots for the teamImplement change management protocols to assess, approve, and monitor alterations to data structures, schemas, and configurationsBuild, Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvementGuide performance management, career progression and personal development of team membersDrive the recruiting and on-boarding of new team members.Instill a sense of customer advocacy in testing functionality across the team.Champion Workday values and diversity through our VIBE strategy - Value Inclusion, Belonging and Equity.About YouBasic Qualifications:8+ years in managing teams in quality and testing methodologies.8+ years experience / functional knowledge in enterprise applications.8+ Experience in delivering applications within a continuous deployment model.Other QualificationsAbility to lead a team efficiently in working to tight timeframes, across multiple projects.Desire to advance and influence quality improvements in supporting a positive customer experience.Shown success in building cross-discipline and cross-team collaborations.Clear effective communication and facilitation skills.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
