Bring your brightest version of you and have a brighter work day here.About the TeamThe Workday Success Plans Delivery team works directly with customers through targeted micro consulting engagements to help solve their business needs using the Workday application.About the RoleConsulting Manager, Workday Success Plans Delivery – HCM, PATT or TRL will be responsible for hiring and developing a team of Workday experts focused on helping our customers adopt new features and optimise their existing solutions.Responsibilities include:Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests, providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks, and troubleshootingAct as a queue lead byreviewing incoming customer requests and assigning appropriate delivery consultantAggressively recruit, develop, manage, and retain a diverse team of consultantsPromote a team-orientated, challenging, and innovative work environmentDeliver on quarterly objectives including headcount/hiring, customer satisfaction, individual and team utilization and administer team’s incentive compensation plansMaintain and improve the consulting onboarding, performance management and career development processesCollaborate with peers and other team members to continuously look for process improvement to enhance the consultant experienceWork across organizations to align on prioritiesMaintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) along with familiarity with the overall Workday roadmap and industry practicesYou will be measured on customer satisfaction, utilisation, program revenue & retention as well as individual goals.About YouThe ideal candidate will have a mix of product/program management, consulting, and people management skills with a strong working knowledge of professional services, education services and enablement services as it relates to enterprise software.
