We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success. Director, Billing & Revenue Recognition Product ManagementJob SummaryBuilds, mentors and leads a team of product managers to achieve the goals of the organization.ResponsibilitiesOwn the customer and employee experience for Billing & Revenue Recognition QTC Experience and the billing, revenue recognition, and tax domains Gather the voice of the customer and employees regarding process and system interactionsApply user-centered design principles and practices to Billing & Revenue Recognition quote to cash process, policy, and system transformation, management and improvement Capture customer and employee business requirements into EpicsMinimize end user disruption through evolutionary UI change where possibleCommunicate and train process and UI change where necessaryDefine Billing & Revenue Recognition QTC Experience vision and roadmaps  Develop overall Billing & Revenue Recognition experience vision, including target company process, policy, and tooling in collaboration with key customer, product management and operations stakeholders Partner with upstream and downstream teams to deliver continuous and optimal end to end experienceDocument business process and system interactions within billing, revenue and tax domains. Manage contracts with upstream and downstream domains and users Develop strategy and process roadmap, driving to holistic solutionsIn collaboration with key stakeholder, envision the targeted experience and identify business outcomesResponsible for shaping the backlog to deliver the Billing & Revenue Recognition vision Create and maintain prioritized roadmaps for Billing & Revenue Recognition Experience.
