Job Summary:Frank Productions is looking for a full-time Creative Coordinator to join our team in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience in creative marketing and graphics. Frank Productions, a joint venture partner with Live Nation, offers full-service concert promotion involved in every facet of live entertainment events, including talent buying, production, ticketing, marketing, sponsorships, and special events. We produce and promote events in arenas, performing arts centers, theaters, clubs and other venues across the U.S. We operate offices and venues in Madison, WI, Nashville, TN, Columbia, MO, and Charleston, SC.* To apply, submit a portfolio with 7-10 images of your work that showcase a range of styles that demonstrate your knowledge of composition, layout, typography, and your breadth of creative problem solving. Inclusion of titles, date of creation, and a brief description of the work may be included.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DODesign, deliver, and assist the Creative Department in producing a wide variety of creative needs for company brands and venuesDesign custom digital and print graphics across a multitude of formats and platforms, including, but not limited to, social media, web, large and small format printing (calendars, billboards, brochures, poster, flyers, handbills, etc.)Localize, resize, and recreate event advertising materials using everything from JPEGS to professionally created, layered PSD filesAssist with designing custom graphics for local events and non-concert events as neededAssist with creating motion graphics for use in marketing campaigns and advertisements as neededImplement pre-existing company branding guidelines in design work to ensure brand consistency across all creative projectsMaintain and manage the folder structure and database of the Creative Department’s assets including fonts, artwork, show graphics, internal projects, photos, and moreMaintain and manage deadlines in department’s project management softwareAll other duties as assignedWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGApplicable experience in creative marketingWorking knowledge and ability to work in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and AcrobatIntermediate skill level with current Apple OSUnderstanding of the elements and principles of designExcellent time-management skills and the ability to change focus, meet tight turnarounds, and important deadlinesAbility to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group e-mails, and instant messagingAbility to accept and offer constructive criticism related to creative workExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skillsAbility to adapt and be flexibleCommitted to learning, and fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusionAbility to learn and work within systems such as MS Office, project management tools, and other company softwarePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTExtended periods of sitting at a computer station or work deskUtilization of hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipmentThis position is expected to work forty (40) hours per week or more.
