Job Summary:THE ROLEThe Operations Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager in show day venue operations, as well as administrative tasks as needed.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO· Works directly with the Ops Manager and Ops Supervisor on event days and assist with day of show duties· Respond & assist with elevated staff/guest inquiries and/or concerns regarding all shows, artist meet and greet packages, as well as our venue upgrade programs. · Assist with overseeing front door security operations to ensure a smooth ingress, and that all safety procedures are being followed· Setting up & tearing down of areas within the venue as needed before opening (front door set up, bike rack, stanchions, table configuring, etc.) · Perform all opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy· Maintain line of sight & attention to detail by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered· Administrative tasks such as crew scheduling, deployment sheets, day of show pre-shift sheets, meeting notes, end of night reporting, Cash to Card reconciliation, etc. · Provides a positive attitude and overall leadership and support for all staff while maintaining our care culture· Assist M.O.D with leading guests and other employees in emergency evacuation procedures· Enforcing all house policies & procedures· Communicate clearly using radios. Remain in constant contact throughout the shiftWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGRequired: · High School Diploma· Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends· Read, write and speak English fluently· Administrative skills· Attention to detail· Must be able to lift or move at least 25 lbs· Tolerance of all cultures, music and art formsPreferred:Bi-lingualExperience in a live music environmentExperience with de-escalation techniquesExperience using metal detection equipmentPhysical Demands/Working Environment:Working environment is fast-paced, often loud and stressfulPosition requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
