We're in this together, sustaining the future of our customers, our company, and our planet.Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers — and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.Responsibilities include:Own and Lead the inventory optimization project, develop new logic methodologies, enhance financial impact and efficiency, enable eBay sellers active participationCollaborate with internal partners to refine and improve the algorithm's capabilities, manage resources, and lead project initiativesDrive business impact directly by taking actions on live inventory and running inventory optimisationProvide the analysis and insights to deliver market leading inventory selection in line with core customer needs.Contribute to the building and improving of business process across the team to facilitate efficiencies.Support business initiatives by assessing the opportunity, tracking and optimizing the performanceManage multiple tasks through appropriate prioritization, plan and delegationQualifications:Highly analytical, action and results oriented, self-starting, and be comfortable with applying new concepts and tools.3-5 years of experience in an analytical field.Proven technical and modelling skills in Ms Excel, SQL.
