Our mission is to unlock growth by making eBay inventory accessible to global buyers through a consistent shopping experience. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in diverse markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background with a consistent track record in the Asia, the Middle East and/or Latin America markets. This role is pivotal in driving our international growth strategy.What You Will Accomplish:Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate and expand in the Asian, Middle Eastern, and Latin American marketsCultivate relationships with key industry players, including partners, clients, and collaborators, to secure business opportunitiesConduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and driven threats, and adapt strategies accordinglyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with company objectivesLead negotiations and close deals that contribute to the company's revenue and volume growth targetsRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatheringsWhat You Will Bring:Demonstrable experience in business development, with a focus on international markets.Prior commercial experience in Asia, the Middle East, and/or Latin America is crucialStrong background in e-commerce or digital platforms is highly desirableFluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantageExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of businessStrategic problem solver with a results-driven approach to achieving business goals.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
