Goldin is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing market—and have a lot of fun doing it.Business Overview: The eBay North America Collectibles team is looking for a Project Manager, who can be a key driver for projects on our Collectibles team, mainly centered around programing between eBay and key partners. Success in this role is defined by taking ownership and leadership of the projects, effective communication with stakeholders, defining the right project goals, and driving projects forward through completion despite risks and issues that will arise. Ideal candidates will look to organize the work, frequently prioritize, communicate often, and flag risks/ issues with recommended solutions for quick resolution. This role will require the Program Manager to analyze data and navigate financial models. Responsibilities:Own the project management of various work streams across different programsDevelop and maintain up-to-date project plans to ensure teams and counterparts are on target for all deliverablesBuild work back plans and hold counterparts accountable through regular reviews, with clear agendas, notes, and follow-ups documented. Chase down owners of milestones to ensure completion as needed. Evaluate risks to timelines and escalate as needed. Develop reporting and provide analytics for the program as needed. Drive analytics reports and presentations to enable financial reporting and executive communications on success of the business and key initiatives. Identify and leverage cross functional partners to build end to end presentations and reports related to growth of the business Manage multiple work streams and projects in a fast-moving environment by liaising with cross-functional partners. Host meetings with cross-functional partners and external vendors to review milestones, status, and identify risks or adjusted timelines. Creatively problem-solve for timeline challenges while mitigating risk and maintaining transparency. Owning and maintaining commercial financial models. Analyzing data when needed to update or pivot model. Travel to sites as needed. Qualifications:Ability to work independently without guidance. Consistently shows the ability to go through walls with a “can do” attitude. Strong drive and curiosity to generate new ideas, identify opportunities and create vision to drive the business forward. 6+ years in project management, PMP certification is a plus Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Powerpoint, and Excel. Ability to build and analyze data Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently to achieve goals on time. Time management skills and a sense of urgency. Ability to hold others accountable. Extremely detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through. Comfort with change management. A generalist who can flex and deliver on evolving business needs. BS/BA degree Additional Aspects:Agility and comfort with changing or evolving direction. Ability to make information consumable to a larger audience/leadership. Demonstrated understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) framework and adoption of project management practices. Ability to deliver projects within specified due dates and implement meticulous project plans across all projects. Recommend improvements to GTM/Project management tools/resources/practices. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$126,800 - $187,550Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
