The team’s mission is to be customer-first and ensure any changes to our product or communications are delivering the best possible experience for the customer!The team works cross-functionally with many teams in the organisation (markets, legal, tax, product, marketing, customer support etc) to ensure successful design and delivery of regulatory-driven changes with a customer focus in mind. We seek to not only deliver against new requirements with the least customer friction but, where possible, to tackle long-standing customer problems.We are looking for a Senior Initiative Program Manager on a 9 month fixed term contract. This role reports to the Senior Director, Global Regulatory Initiative Lead.What you will accomplish:Lead program management of the initiative, ensuring the initiative is on track or ahead of its objective and goals, with risks or issues being brought up appropriately Lead overall partner management approach and execution, ensuring we’re talking to the right folks, about the right topics, at the right time Partner closely with counterparts in the product, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of operational processes and planning and smooth executionOwn financial and operational reporting from a business perspective, partnering closely with finance, analytics and program leads Work with the Senior Director and others to further build out the 3-year strategy and planImplement other ad-hoc projects where neededWhat you will bring: Initiative level/ Programme management experience and/ or consulting experience; ideally in an international organisation on large-scale projects, across a range of functions and/ or e-commerce is a plusExtensive experience communicating complex topics to senior audiences, driving decision making, and involving all partners appropriately.
