Scale up top seller activities by providing constructive business consultation and key business issue diagnosisSupport seller business growth through timely policy/platform changes update, selling strategy consultation, and key account issues solvingInvestigate the new policies & platform impact to top seller business, and initiate, guide and carry out seller standard methodologiesWork collaboratively with external and internal resources, including Luxury Account Managers, trust & safety team, product management team, marketing team, and business development teams to meet the business targetsPartner across Luxury business in defining and performing strategic plans to enhance the Luxury vertical, contributing to growth and market penetrationProvide direct support to the book of business Account Managers, aiding in operation tasks to streamline program management and ensure targets are metProvide project management experience with the ability to match the resources available according to the seller's status and needsImprove seller trust & safety metrics performance through problem identify, issue diagnosis, solution providing and business implementation to grown balanced businessIntensify the Trust & Safety consequence on top sellers, and collaborate with sellers to provide better buyer experienceIdentify the key factors of low Trust & Safety performance based on top seller status investigation and extent the standard methodologies to broader seller groupSupport platform feature conceptualization and adoption for the best on-site experienceExecute initiatives to fundamentally improve the user experience for luxury buyers and sellers. Identify patterns and themes for improvement, and work with key stakeholders to implement effective processes where applicable.What you will bring:Experience in retail merchandising or consumer products industry.
