In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of shaping customer experiences through Post Purchase communications. Your mission will be to drive business growth and customer improvements by innovating and enhancing the multi-channel communications portfolio across Email, Push Notifications, and Native Hub Notification. You will own revenue targets, long-term strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for this multimillion dollar portfolio. This is a highly cross functional role, where you will get to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across eBay. Build MVPs, iterate fast and be the champion of execution excellenceDomain expertise in the marketing/growth channels such as Push Notification and EmailDraft and convey requirements to Engineering teamsConduct AB testing: develop hypotheses, design tests, and define KPIsConduct market and competitor research for strategic insightsCollaborate with Creative to enhance content and designPrioritize features based on business impact and user needs.Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic insightsFacilitate communication and collaboration between development team and stakeholdersWhat will you bring:7+ years of strong product / business / marketing experience with at least 5 years in ecommerce. Marketplace experience is strongly preferredTechnical Product Management experience or comparable experience working directly with Engineering teams (both front-end and back-end); technical understanding of building products / communications from scratchRelentless execution and attention to detail - ability to ship quality experiences in a fast paced and iterative mannerExperience in developing email and native app notifications in ecommerce.Experience navigating highly complex cross-functional projects end-to-endStrong experience owner sense - ability to understand consumer needs and find simple and creative ways to solve themMetrics driven - ability to build actionable metrics which can measure experience performanceBuilds strong relationships across various teams within eBay; an active listener and clear communicator; can lead by influencingThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$149,200 - $234,850Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
