It is a fast-paced role, with exposure to critical projects for eBay, offering a steep learning curve in a collaborative work environment.You will contribute to or independently lead workstreams, become a go-to expert for your areas of responsibility. You are a highly analytical, collaborative person and you are able to work with key partners from a diverse set of functions across the organization.What you will accomplish: Consolidating & reviewing the financial close, the accurate forecasting/ budgeting of GMV and Revenues.Drive monthly triangulations modelling and analysis of the top line trends & actual performance.Continuously find opportunities to automate and streamline processes to reduce cycle time and churn in all operations planning processes.Partnering with Regional Finance teams, Corporate FP&A, and other teams to align and report monthly and quarterly performance.Build presentation content for business reviews.Support project-based initiatives to drive operating efficiencies across finance functions (Finance Transformation).What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance5+ years of finance experience in areas such as Finance, Forecasting & Budgeting, Analytics, Modelling, and Business Performance.Excellent MS Office skills and experience with financial and analytics systems.Strong oral and written communication skills (proficiency in English required)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to present/ impact decision making at all levels of the organization.Great Teammate who is striving for results and has a growth mindsetStrong interpersonal skills and ability to perform in a matrix organization with multiple partners with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity.The ideal candidate will have outstanding technical skills with presentations, along with financial analysis capabilities.Highly collaborative – be fun and easy to work with!#LI-GJPThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$126,800 - $187,550Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
